Giant Rose?! + Born Pretty Store

Can you tell I love roses? 
So this one was not an exception.. I saw it and I knew I HAD to get it! 



Pueden decir que me encantan las rosas?
Y esta no fue una excepción.. La vi y supe inmediatamente que TENIA que traerla! 

The base color I used is a dark brownish red shade from Golden Rose. No name in the bottle.
It's such a gorgeous color, formula was really good and covers with 2 easy coats.




El color base que use es un tono marrón rojizo de Golden Rose. No hay nombre en la botella. 
Es un hermoso color, muy buena formula y cubre con 2 capas. 

On my ring finger nail I used "Best Dressed List'' - Color Club
Is a beautiful creamy old pink shade, covers in 2 easy coats. 
(well, it wouldn't had made a difference... the rose covered almost the entire nail)




En la uña anular use "Best Dressed List'' de Color Club
Es un hermoso color rosa viejo, cubre con 2 capas ligeras. 
(bueno, no hubiese hecho diferencia... la rosa cubrió la uña casi por completo)

Ok, let's talk about this huge charm.. 
If you know me well, you may know how much I love weird and interesting things specially when it comes to nails..
This charm is a magnet charm...
It has a base that is going to be adhered to the nail and is going to work as a magnet for the rose. 
Which means it's totally removable.. before I get a ''what do you do when you shower / wash your hands / eat"... I don't know what else. 
Well here it is the answer, I can remove it now xD




Ok, hablemos de este enorme adorno..
Si me conocen bien, sabrán cuanto me gustan las cosas raras e interesantes especialmente cuando se trata de uñas..
Este adorno es un imán. 
Tiene una base la cual sera adherida a la uña y es lo que va a funcionar como iman para la rosa. 
Lo que significa que es totalmente separable.. antes de que tenga un "que haces cuando te bañas / lavas las manos / comes"... no se que mas.
Bueno aquí esta la respuesta, lo puedo quitar xD

And this is how it looks from different angles..
I do wish the magnet base was smaller and thinner (as if the rose wasn't big enough xD) 
because it leaves this huge space in between the nail and the rose.




Y aquí es como se ve desde diferentes ángulos..
Si me gustaría que la base del imán fuese mas pequeña y delgada (como si la rosa no fuese lo suficientemente grande xD) porque deja este enorme espacio entre la rosa y la uña. 

This is how it looks without the magnet. 
And I do think it looks way much better. But if you wonder if we could use just the rose without base, well, the thing is when you stick the charm to the nail, the topcoat should be wet and if you stick the rose directly, the petals will stick to the polish and may ruin it, specially at the time of removing it. 




Así se ve sin la base de imán. 
Creo que si se ve mejor. Pero si se preguntan si se podría usar solo la rosa sin la base, bueno, la cosa es que cuando pegas un adorno a la uña, el topcoat debe estar húmedo y si pegan la rosa directamente sobre el esmalte los pétalos se pegaran también y puede que se arruine especialmente a la hora de removerlo.
