Today I bring you 3 items that were sent to me for review from Born Pretty Store. A 3D crown nail charm, flat snowflakes studs and water decals.

Hoy les traigo 3 articulos que me han enviado para mostrarles de Born Pretty Store. Un adorno corona 3D para uñas, adornos copos de nieve planos y unas pegatinas. 

First I show you this gorgeous 3D charm. This is one of my favorites. What I like about these charms is that it makes a simple manicure look chic and elaborated. If we are not good with free hand or ambidextrous, or if we are in a hurry simply stick it to the nail and its done. Just a drop of topcoat or clear polish will make this stud stay in place for at leats 3 days. 

Primero les muestro este hermoso adorno para uñas en 3D. Este es unos de mis favoritos. Lo que me gusta de estos adornos es que hacen que una simple manicura luzca chic y elaborada. Si en caso no somos buenos con los diseños a mano libre o no somos ambidiestros, o si en caso tal estamos en un apuro simplemente lo pegamos a la uña y ya estamos listas. Con una gota de esmalte transparente hara que el adorno este en lugar por almenos 3 dias.

 Since this charm is in a silver color I would recommend  to use it with a dark base, will make it pop even more. 

Ya que este adorno es plateado yo recomendaria usarlo con un color base oscuro, hara que resalte aun mas. 

  

Next up are these cute flat snowflakes studs. The idea of this mani was to represent a winter day with gold snow. 

Polishes used for this mani are:

Lo siguente son estos copos de nieve planos. La idea de este diseño fue representar un dia de invierno con copos de nieve dorados. 

Los esmaltes usados en este diseño son:

These polishes have an amazing shimmer. 

Last but not leats, the water decals. They are very easy to use and so quick to apply. These decals the best thing when we have no idea of what to do or even when we are not good with free hand. 

Por ultimo, tenemos las pegatinas. Son muy facil de usar y muy rapido de aplicar. Estas pegatinas son de lo mejor cuando no tenemos idea de que hacernos e inlcuso cuando no somos buenos al estilo libre.

All these 3 items are from Born Pretty Store . They have much more stuff for nails, world wide shipping, good quality products and the best of all they are affordable. The only bad thing is that it will last from 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, but I think it will worth it if we are patient.

Todos estos articulos son de Born Pretty Store. Ellos tienen mucha mas variedad en cosas para uñas y mas, envio a todas partes del mundo, productos de buena calidad y lo mejor es que son accesibles. Lo unico malo es que puede demorar de 3 a 4 semanas en llegar, pero creo que vale la pena si somos pacientes.

Galaxy Nails

This galaxy nails is one of my favorite designs.. Out of this world.

Zebra print nails / O.P.I 'All I Want For Christmas Is Opi'

Some simple irregular lines can be turned into zebra print. Today I bring you one of the most liked nailart as I see, the zebra print. Inspired by @polish.me.ree 


Algunas lineas irregulares pueden transformarse en un estampado de cebra. Hoy les traigo uno de los diseños que mas gustan como yo lo veo, el Zebra print / estampado de cebra. Inspirado en @polish.me.ree 

The base color I'm using is 'All i want for christmas is opi' .. Is a gorgeous deep red with a very shiny finish. The formula was really great, easy to apply and covers with 2 normal coats. I did 3 thin coats and no topcoat. 
For the zebra print I used a black polish with a thin stripe brush.

I used one tiny drop of topcoat to stick it to the nail. And for my surprise it lasted 3 days...
Maybe with a nail glue it can last for one week.




El color base que estoy usando aqui es "all i want for christmas is opi"... Es un hermoso color rojo oscuro con un acabado brillante. Su formula es bastante buena, facil de aplicar y cubre con 2 capas. Yo use 3 capas muy ligeras sin brillo.
Para el estampado de cebra use un esmalte negro con una brocha fina.
El adorno es de Simply Spoiled Beauty comprar aqui Y puedes obtener un 40% de descuento usando mi codigo " NAILS40 " .
Para pegarlo en la uña use una gota de esmalte transparente. Y para mi sorpresa duro 3 dias. Talvez con un pegamento para uñas duraria una semana. 

This color was very hard to capture, it looks brighter than it is.

Este color es un poco dificil de capturar, es un poco mas oscuro de lo que se ve.

As you can see here 3 days after, no chipping yet and the stud is still in place, but it started to peel off... 

Asi como pueden ver aqui despues de 3 dias, el esmalte aun no se astilla y el adorno aun esta en su lugar, aunque ya se estaba despegando.

Essie 'As Gold As It Gets'

This is the first time I buy an Essie polish and this one is 'as gold as it gets'. It's a gorgeous gold flake polish in a clear base.

Leopard Print Nails

I decided to go a little out of my comfort zone.  That's right, animal print is not my fort.

Hoy decidi hacer algo fuera de mi zona de confort. Es cierto, el animal print no es mi fuerte.

Products used:

Nude base (no name)

Dark brown polish (no name)

For the leopard spots I mixed 3 shades of pink

'Pixie Slick' by Sally Hansen (4 drops)

'Orquidea' by Vogue Fantastic (3 drops)

'Exotic Pink' by L.A. Colors (2 drops)

The reason I did this was to create a shade similar to the glitter.

Loose glitter 'Polly' by Violet Voss over 'Pixie Slicks'

This design was inspired by my daughter's dress. I just gave it a little twist by adding the glitter.  As an accent nail and also added in some random spots of the animal print as seen on the close up picture.

Este diseño fue inspirado en el vestido de mi hija. Yo solo le cambie un poco agregandole la escarcha como uña de acento y en algunos puntos al azar del animal print como se puede ver en el close up.

For some people, this could be the easiest design because it does not need any skills, it is simply made with a dotting tool or even can be done with a toothpick or a bobby pin. But for some reason I am never satisfied with my results... 

Para algunos, este diseño podria ser el mas facil porque no requiere ningun talento, puede simplemente ser hecho con una herramienta de puntos e incluso con un palillo de dientes o un pasador para el cabello. Pero por alguna razon yo nunca estoy satisfecha con mis resultados.

Simply Spoiled Beauty Products Review

A few weeks ago, I recieved some products from Simply Spoiled Beauty to review.  Some of these are nail charms, nailart pens and even a neon lipstick.. 
But for now I will be showin the nails products. 


Unas semanas atras, recibi unos productos de Simply Spoiled Beauty para mostrarles. Algunos de esos son accesorios para uñas, lapices de esmalte e incluso un brillo labial neon. Pero por ahora les mostrare los productos para las uñas.

Polishes used: 
'Rusian Navy' by O.P.I . Its a navy blue with macro purple and pink shimmer.
'It's Frosty Outside' (textured polish with a matte finish).
And a cute bow.

How easy can we turn a simple mani into a very chic one just by adding this charm. A perfect look for a night out. 


Que facil podemos transformar un mani muy simple en uno muy chic con solo agregar este moño. Un look perfecto para una noche fuera.

Also look at the shimmer of this polish, and the textured one complements the bow. 
simply gorgeous in my opinion.


Pueden ver la escarcha que tiene este esmalte, y el texturado complementa el moño. Simplemente hermoso en mi opinion.

Don't like dark colors? no worries.. How about a delicate and girly look.

No te gustan los colores oscuros? sin preocupacion.. Que tal un look mas delicado y femenino.

'Tropical' Vogue Fantastic. Its a textured polish with a matte finish.

Simple, easy and girly.

what I like about these charms is that its perfect for begginers and even for those with more experience. We dont need to make a very hard nail design to wear a great mani. Also if we are in a hurry just stick it to the nail and there you have it! Done in minutes.

How to stick it to the nail? 
Easy can be used topcoat. Or if you want this to stay longer you can use nail glue.



Lo que me gusta de estos accesorios es que es perfecto para principiantes e incluso para aquellas con mayor experiencia. No necesitamos hacer un diseño complicado para tener unas uñas hermosas. Tambien si estamos de prisa, solo pegalo a la uña y listo!  Hecho en minutos.

Como lo pegamos?
Facilmente se puede usar esmalte transparente. Pero si quieres que duren mas tiempo puede usarse pegamento para uñas.

Nail art pen!

They have a ponty side to use as a normal pen and a stripe brush in the other side.

Tienen un lado puntiagudo para usarse como un lapicero y una brocha fina del otro lado.

Here you have a quick idea of what to do with the stripe brush and the pen.
These are perfect for begginers, it allows you to have more control of what you would like to draw on the nail. But of course everything needs a little of practice.


Aqui tienen una idea rapida de lo que pueden hacer con la brocha fina y el lapicero.
Esto es perfecto para principiantes ya que da un mayor control de lo que se quiera dibujar en la uña. Pero claro como todo necesita un poco de practica.

Glitter Gradient using Violet Voss Loose Glitter 'Skye'

How easy can we turn a simple mani into a very chic one. 
This is probably the easiest glitter gradient either for begginers of even for experts. 
Instead of usinig regular glitter polish, I used loose glitter from Violet Voss.

Tan facil podemos nosotras transformar una simple manicura en una mas chic.
Este es probablemente el degrade escarchado mas facil ya sea para principiantes o para expertas.
En vez de usar esmalte escarchado comun, yo use escarcha suelta de Violet Voss.

What I liked about these glitter specially to do a gradient effect, is that I can control the amount of glitter i wanted to use. 

If i decided to use a regular glitter polish, i will probably get a thick layer of clear polish and not enough glitter, and I say this for my own experience, the gradient will not look as good as this one showed in the picture.

And the best thing of all, these loose glitter are so much easier to remove than glitter polish.



Lo que me gusta de estas escarchas sueltas especialmente para este efecto degradado es que puedo controlar la cantidad de escarcha que necesito. 

Si decidiera usar un esmalte escarchado regular, probablemente ontendira una gruesa capa del esmalte pero no suficiente escarcha. Y lo digo por experiencia propia, el degradado no se vera tan bueno como el que se muestra en la foto.

Y lo mejor de todo, es que este es mucho mas facil de remover.

Here you can see a very close up. A very thin layer of glitter but perfectly degraded. 


Aqui pueden ver un acercamiento. Una buena ligera capa de escarcha pero perfectamente degradada.
