Target Nails + Snail Vinyls

Did you know that I always wanted to learn to use the bow and arrow? 
I even have one, I just don't have where to practice xD..
Meanwhile I can score the target.. on my nails =D




Sabían que siempre quise aprender a usar el arco y flecha?
Incluso tengo uso, solo que no tengo donde practicar xD.. 
Mientras tanto le puedo atinar al blanco.. en mis uñas =D 

The base color is "Ruby Slippers" - Color Club
I first thought it was a shimmery red, but it is actually a jelly red base with red micro glitter.
Which is not my type of polish.. even though it is a pretty polish.. 
Covers easy in 2 coats.. 

The thing is that these micro glitters have a textured finish because of the glitter stands out and needs at least 2 coats of topcoat to make it super glossy with a smooth finish. 




El color base es "Ruby Slippers" de Color Club
Primero pensé que era un esmalte rojo con 'shimmer', pero en realidad es un esmalte rojo tipo jelly con micro escarcha. 
Lo cual no es mucho mi tipo de esmalte.. aun así es bonito..
Cubre con 2 capas.

La cosa es que estos esmaltes con micro escarcha tienen un acabado texturado porque la escarcha sobre sale y necesita por lo menos 2 capas de topcoat para un acabado liso y brillante. 

On my thumb and ring finger nail I used 2 thick coats of "Porcelain Party" - Maybelline.




En las uñas pulgar y anular use 2 capas gruesas de "Porcelain Party" de Maybelline. 

For the design I used these target stencils from Snail Vinyls 
I freaking love this stencil... love it, love it! 
Plus super easy to use.

All I had to do is let the white base completely dry and place the stencil on the nail.
Used "Simply Peel" latex barrier from My Bliss Kiss to protect the skin around the nail and then sponged with the red polish over the stencil.
Removed the stencil right away.
Let dry and applied topcoat.

Me encanto esta plantilla, amo amo amo!
Y super fácil de usar. 

Todo lo que hice fue dejar que el esmalte blanco seque por completo y coloque la plantilla sobre la uña.
Use "Simply Peel" barrera de latex de My Bliss Kiss para proteger la piel al rededor de la uña y luego aplique el esmalte rojo sobre este con una esponja de maquillaje.
Quita la plantilla.
Deje secar y aplique topcoat.

To match the target, what better than an arrow ;) 
This one is from Daily Charme 
These charms can be easily stuck to the nail with the 'super shine' topcoat.
All you have to do is place it over the nail while the topcoat is still wet.
If you want it to last longer, then you can use nail glue for it..




Para combinar este tiro al blanco que mejor que una flecha ;) 
Este de aquí es de Daily Charme 
Estos adornos pueden ser fácilmente pegados a la uña usando topcoat.
Todo lo que tienes que hacer es ponerlo mientras este siga mojado. 
Si quiere que dure mas tiempo, entonces puedes usar pegamento especial para uña. 

I really loved this one so much, even though is red and white, a combination I don't use very often but still I think it looks great and I am very happy how these came out.




Me gusto mucho este diseño, aunque sea rojo y blanco, una combinación que no use muy seguid pero aun así creo que se ve muy bien y estoy mas que feliz con el resultado.

If you want neat and clear lines when using vinyls, I recommend you to use the sponge method, this is like the best way for beginners and to work as fast as you can with them..
It totally takes a little bit of practice but with time it gets better and better. 




Si quieren lineas limpias y ordenadas cuando usan plantillas, les recomiendo la técnica del esponjado, esta es la mejor forma para principiantes y trabajar lo mas rápido que puedan con estas..
Toma un poco de practica pero con el tiempo se vuelve mejor y mejor.
