Water Decals + Whats Up Nails

Well, you know what season is coming and the nail designs comes with it too!
And I know these are not red and green, but the colors still remind me of winter weather and the Holiday seasons..

Bueno, ya saben que viene por ahí y los diseños vienen con ello también!
Y ya se que estos no son rojo y verde, pero los colores me recuerdan al invierno y a la temporada de fiestas

The base color is "Silver Lake" - Color Club 
It is a creamy light gray color..
And when I look at it, it has like a subtle blue tone to it. It is more appreciated on the nail..
Can you see it as a light grayish blue? 




El color base es "Silver Lake" de Color Club
Es un esmalte gris claro cremoso.
Y cuando lo veo, este tiene como un sutil tono azul hacia este. Se ve mejor en la uña.
Pueden verlo como un azul grisáceo claro? 

For that intricate pattern I cheated.. I mean, I used these water decals from Whats Up Nails 
These are super easy to use.
What to do:
First cut the little piece for the nail.
Remove the plastic sheet that protects the decal.
Put the decal in water for 10 seconds. 
Remove it from the water and gently slide it from the paper.
Stick it to the nail 
And seal with topcoat. 

The advantage it has, is that while the decal is still wet, it gives you time enough to adjust it to the nail. 




Para este patron tan intrincado yo hice trampa.. quiero decir, use estas calcomanias de agua de Whats Up Nails 
Estos son muy fáciles de usar.
Que hacer: 
Primero corta el pedazo de calcomania para la uña. 
Quita el plástico que lo protege.
Pon la calcomania en agua por 10 segundos.
Quitala del agua y suavemente deslizarla del papel.
Pegalo en la uña.
Sella con topcoat. 

La ventaja de estos es que mientras la calcomania sigue mojada te da tiempo de ajustarla a la uña.

What I did different here is that instead of placing the whole decal over the nail, I trimmed it in 2 parts..
On my pinkie nail I used the curved top part and the bottom part of the decal, leaving the middle part just showing the base color. 
On the middle nail I trimmed the top and bottom part to stick the decal just in the middle of the nail..
And on my index I used the top and middle part of the decal.

I know it sound a little complicated but it was fun to try something different and play around with these decals.. 




Lo que yo hice diferente aqui es que en lugar de colocar la calcomania completa sobre la uña, yo la corte en 2 partes.. 
En el meñique use la parte curva de la calcomania y la parte de abajo, dejando la mitad sin nada solo mostrando el color base. 
En la uña del medio corte la parte de arriba y abajo de la calcomania y lo pegue en la mitad de la uña. 
Y en el indice use la parte de arriba y de la mitad de la calcomania..

Yo se que esto suena algo complicado pero fue divertido tratar de hacer algo diferente y jugar un poco con estas calcomanias.
