Abstract Flower Nails

What I love to do, abstract things.. Inspiration comes everywhere.. And this one was not an exception. This time i got the idea from a design I saw on a plate.. Oh yeah! these things are not only to eat but also to get some fresh and new ideas..

My base color for index and pinky I used "My Private Jet" by OPI products. This formula was really amazing, very smooth, covers with 2 thin coats only.
It's a brown - grayish base with white holo flakes..

My white base is "Alpine Snow". I have a love-hate relation with this particular polish, or maybe it's just me haha.. this covers with 2 easy coats.

close up.
The design was all free hand made with a thin art brush.

And topped everything with my all-time favorite topcoat ever "Super Shine" by Sally Hansen.

one more :D

the inspiration of this manicure...

I really hope you like this one..
Have a great day.

Espero les guste
Tengan un buen dia.

Shattered Glass Nails / Mosaic Nails!

I call this mani "The Shattered Queen" for no specific reason.. The first time I saw this technique was a year ago from PolishPals, and I still have no idea what took me so long to try it myself.

Nails By Tataw Review - The Spring Collection

Today I have a review for you, The Spring Collection by NailsByTataw

Let's start with my favorite. This one is "Meet Me At The Reef". It's a gorgeous coral shade, it has a gold shimmer and dries to a matte finish as seen on my index and pinky. On my middle nail I added topcoat and there you can see the shimmer. I love this.

just look at it

The formula is very smooth and easy to apply, it dries very fast. On my accent nail I used a sheer natural nailpolish, and did the flower with the same coral polish, also for dimention used "Neonderthal" and for the leaves "Green Appletini".

Next up is "Green Appletini". It is a very bright shimmery green. Formula is amazing, dries to a matte finish, it was very smooth and easy to apply. On the middle nail I added topcoat.

I loved these colors together, it's the perfect combo.

Next up is "Neonderthal". It's a neon bright shimmery yellow. This one was a bit different formula than the other polishes, I don't know if it was me or just the formula was a little bit thick. I did 2 coats, also dries to a matte finish. On my middle nail I added topcoat, on my accent nail I used some white striping tape and false acrylic roses.

I really love this mani, it says all spring. I dont know why but it does reminds me of 'Spring and Everything it Brings'...

Next is "Tropicana Cabana" This one had the most amazing formula of all..
It is a electric shimmery blue. it's pure love.. also dries to a matte finish, covers with just 2 coats, on my middle and ring finger i added topcoat, striping tape and some studs.

It was a bit hard to capture its real color. I tried in all posible ways to get it but this was the closer I could.

Last but not leats. This is "Queen Of Diamonds"
It's a mix of glitters in a clear base. It has: small hexa glitters and butterflies in a light pink shade, medium rhombus glitter in a neon pink shade, large hexa glitter in a dark pink shade and tiny glitters in pink and silver.
This formula is a bit thick, but covers in one coat, yes ONE!!... I picked some rombus glitter to my index, and some butterflies to my pinky, these are sooooo cute I love it and this glitter pops much better over black.
But believe me, it would also look great with any of the colors from this collection.

My personal opinion for this glitter is that I really wish it was a bit thinner, with that all the pretty glitter mix in it would be more appreciated.

I hope you like this quick review. you can get all these polishes at www.nailsbytataw.com
Not only this collection but the previous "Fall/Winter Collection" that I also swatched, you can click here to see.

I love her polishes. their colors are so unique and the formula is amazing. Don't miss it and try your favorite.
