These came to my mind watching some cartoons with my baby girl that I thought why not?

Scream Queens Inspired Nails

Don't be scared... shshsh! 
I was totally inspired by the new series "Scream Queens"
The splatter as you know and see represents the blood, the crown represents the 'Queens' and the pink nail represents "The Chanels", specially Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts)

Dark Princess Nails

I did a pink princess nails a few weeks back, but what about a dark version of it?

My base color is "Lincoln Park After Dark" by OPI, is a very deep dark purple shade that almost look like black and my camera does not make justice to this color. 
Is very smooth and easy to apply, covers in 2 coats.



Mi color base es "Lincoln Park After Dark" de OPI, es un morado muy muy oscuro que casi parece negro y mi camara no le hace justicia a este color.
Es muy suave y facil de aplicar, cubre con 2 capas ligeras.

My crown charm is from Daily Charme
When I use any kind of charm, I don't like to overcharge the nail with any type of design, but using it by itself may give the nail a plane look and won't make justice to the charm. 
It needs something else but it needs to be very subtle.



Mi adorno de corona es de Daily Charme 
Cuando uso cualquier tipo de adorno, no me gusta sobrecargar la uña con cualquier tipo de diseño, pero usarlo solo no le hara justicia al adorno.
Necesita algo mas pero tiene que ser muy sutil.

This charm or at least the ones I bought from Daily Charme have this curved back to fit perfectly the natural curve of the nail surface. I believe all from that page are like that. 
I just added my topcoat and placed my charm in place.
I do not like to work with nail glue, I think topcoat is more than enough to hold it in place for at least 3 days when is a big charm.



Este adorno o al menos los que yo compre de Daily Charme tienen la parte de atras encurvada para que se adiera perfectamente a la curva natural de la uña.
Creo que todos de esta pagina son asi.
Solo coloque mi topcoat y puse el adorno en su lugar.
No me gusta trabajar con pegante para uña, creo que el topcoat es mas que suficiente para mantener el adorno en lugar por minimo 3 dias cuando este es grande.

To create these lines and complement the charm I used nail foil. For me is the best combo.
I really love work with the foil but the hardest part is to separate it... How annoying is to get that tiny pieces ughh ... haha but worth the hard work..



Para crear esas lineas y complementar el adorno use 'nail foil'. Para mi esta es la mejor combinacion.
Me gusta mucho trabajar con esas hojitas pero lo peor de todo es tratar de separarlas... Que irritante es tener que hacer estos pequeños pedacitos ahh.... jaja pero el trabajo duro lo vale.

I mean it, just look at that finish look. Doesn't it look gorgeous?
This does not need any special glue, just place it over the nail, the base color doesn't need to be completely wet, just a little sticky to hold the foil in place and seal with topcoat. 



De verdad, solo miren este resultado. No se ve hermoso?
Este no necesita ningun tipo de pegamento especial, el color base no tiene que estar completamente humedo, solo un poco pegajoso para aguantar los pedacitos en lugar y agrega el topcoat para sellar.

Bloody Zombie Nails

Continuing these creepy nails..

Spooky Nails

Let's be honest.. I have no idea in what I was thinking when I did these nails.. haha
But after all I still think that they look cute.



Seamos honestos.. No se en que estaba pensando cuando hice estas uñas.. jaja
Pero despues de todo creo que se ven muy cute.

As usual my base color is "Media Noche", is a shimmery brownish purple creamy polish. Its formula is amazing, coves in 2 thin coats, blends perfectly and I did the very minimum clean up, very smooth and super easy to work with.




Como lo usual mi color base es "Media Noche" es un esmalte cremoso morado tirando a marron con un toque de brillo.
Su formula es asombrosa, cubre con 2 capas ligeras, se mezcla a la perfeccion e hice la mas minima limpieza, muy suave y facil de trabajar.

The hardest part was to capture that shimmer.


La parte mas dificil fue capturar ese brillo.

For the little ghosts I used these vinyls from Snail Vinyls
I stick the inter part of the stencil on my nail and sponged with white polish around it and then removed the stencil.

Para los pequeños fantasmas use estos vinilos de Snail Vinyls
Pegue la parte interna del estencil en mi uña y con una esponja de maquillaje y esmalte blanco di pequeños golpes al rededor y luego quite el estencil.

And for this pattern I used straight vinyls also from Snail Vinyls 
I stick it randomly and sponged around it, I like this kind of effect which gives that creepy look.



Y para este patron use vinilos rectos tambien de Snail Vinyls 
Lo peque al azar y repeti el proceso anterior, me gusta este efecto que es lo que le da ese aspecto espelusnante. 

My studs and topcoat are from Sally Hansen
I thought this mani was too plain so I decided to go with studs, now it looks better.

Pense que este mani se veia muy plano y simple asi que decidi irme con estos adornos, y ahora se ve mejor.

Halloween Scene Nails

I received a new pack from the amazing Aveline owner of Snail Vinyls 
This time some new halloween vinyls...

I'm not too much into halloween or creepy things but these stencils are so cute that I wanted to give it a try.

Shimmery Sky Nail Polish Review + Born Pretty Store

It has been a while since I wrote a blog post...
Here I am and let's get back to work =D

I have a few polishes from Born Pretty Store 
And these are literally Galaxy in a bottle
These are multichrome nail polishes with holo shimmer in it. They come in 5 different colors and I was able to choose 3 of them.

Since all have the same consistence I'm gonna review them all in one and then show you the picture of each and its shifting color.

I personally did not love the formula, it is not that bad but also is not that good. They are very thick and very sheer, almost like jelly polishes, although the color really compensate it, I absolutely love the shades.

To make these polishes really pop and show better the colors I went with a black base first.
All swatches show 2 coats of black base polish and 2 coats of the multichrome polish.
No topcoat.

Ha pasado un rato desde que escribi en el blog....
Aqui estoy y es hora de regresar al trabajo =D

Tengo unos esmaltes de Born Pretty Store 
Y estos son literalmente Galaxia en una botella.
Estos son esmaltes cromados con un toque de escarcha holografica. Vienen en 5 diferentes colores y yo pude escojer 3 de ellos.

Ya que todos tienen la misma consistencia escribire de ellos como uno solo y luego mostrar las fotos de cada uno para mostrar su cambio de color.

Personalmente no ame su formula, no esta mal pero tampoco es muy buena. Son algo gruesos y muy transparentes, como esmaltes tipo 'jelly', aunque sus colores lo compensan, en verdad me encantaron los colores.

Para hacer que estos esmaltes resalten bien y mostrar mejor sus colores decidi irme con una base negra primero.
Todos las fotos muestran 2 capas de esmalte negro y 2 capas de los esmaltes cromados.
Sin topcoat.

I used "Onix" by Vogue Fantastic. If you use a black base I highly recoment using an opaque nailpolish so you don't have too many coats on your nails.



Use "Onix" de Vogue Fantastic. Si van a usar esmalte negro como base les recomiendo usar un esmalte muy opaco como de una sola capa para que no tengan muchas capas de esmaltes en las uñas.

Let's start with this purple one. 
I wish these have names, they have only numbers on it and this one is #1
It shifts from a dark blue to purple, burgundy and a hint of gold.
I loved, loved, loved this one it is absolutely gorgeous.


Empezemos con este purpura.
Esperaba que tuvieran nombres, solo tienen numeros y este es #1
Cambia de azul oscuro a purpura, burdeos y un toque de dorado.
Yo ame, ame, ame este color es realmente hermoso.

Next up is this green #2
It shifts from green to teal, a metalic shade (which I can't name) and a hint of purple


El que sigue es este verde #2
Cambia de verde a azul, a un color metalico (el cual no se como llamar) y un toque de purpura.

Last one is this Goldish one #5
It was a little hard to capture its shifting color. 
Shifts from gold to an olive green and copper



El ultimo es este dorado #5
Fue algo dificil capturar su cambio de color.
Cambia de dorado a un verde olivo y cobre.
